Policies & Warranty

WPPO LLC Warranty

WPPO LLC provides a one-year warranty from the date the oven is shipped covering manufacturing defects in the oven body, floor, ventilation, finishes, stand, door, internal dome welding and included accessories.

This warranty is not valid when the oven has not been properly installed, operated or maintained according to the product instructions.

Exclusions
The warranty does not cover improper installation, local-code violations, over-firing damage, misuse, unauthorized fuels or accessories, thermal shock caused by water or ice, improper cleaning chemicals, materials stored on the oven, normal wear and tear, scratches, fading, minor floor cracking or damage caused by floods, fires, earthquakes, wind or storms.

Limitations
WPPO LLC's obligation is limited to the original purchase price of the oven, excluding shipping costs. Incidental and consequential damages are not covered where permitted by law.

How to File a Claim
Email info@wppollc.com, call 815-745-1021 or write to WPPO LLC, 400 S Railroad St., Warren, IL 61087.

Claims must include the oven model number, original invoice number, installation date, photographs, a description of the defect and the circumstances that caused the claim.

WPPO Return Policy

Unused products may be returned in their original packaging within 60 days of receipt. Contact WPPO before shipping a return so a Return Merchandise Authorization can be issued.

Include your original order number, item condition, number of packages, reason for return, items being returned, a photograph of the unopened package and your contact information.

Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping to WPPO LLC, 400 S Railroad St., Warren, IL 61087. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

Returned products must be unused and include all original packaging, parts, instructions, manuals, tags and labels.
