Enjoy wood-fired oven baking anywhere with the WPPO Le Peppe portable outdoor wood fired pizza oven. The Le Peppe is made of durable stainless steel, has a double-walled oven fire blanket insulation, and an 11 mm cordierite baking stone floor for ideal heat retention. An easy load fire box allows you to cook using your favorite wood chunks, wood chips, pellets, charcoal briquettes or lump charcoal. Lighting the oven is simple thanks to a high-flow downdraft system, designed to circulate air and reach cooking temperatures of up to 900°F. Runs most efficient at around 650°.
The oven door features a small peephole to check on foods as they cook without letting heat out. The oven top has a built-in thermometer to keep and eye on cooking temperatures, as well as a removable chimney for portability. Start baking out of the box with the included basic pizza peel.
